Silly internet!

Despite paying to use my internet for 24 hours so I can upload and upadte my blog, I have found that photobucket is just far too slow when on my USB dongle, to upload anything at all so will have to find a faster connection in order to do so and therefore a waste of time paying for the use of my dongle, I may just have to give in to defeat and buy broadband, oh the problems that will solve!!!!! However I don't have a phone line - I have a plug but I don't have a phone connected at present, I live a mobile only life :(. Anyway any ideas on how to get cheap broadband without getting a phoneline as I really don't need one all that badly!
