RR update

Here is my finished piece on Tonya's RR. Took longer than I thought to stitch but looks great.

After heading to Hobbycraft to get the remaining threads I needed on Saturday I was able to get a lot more stitching done on this fashion girl. I'm starting to like it now but it is quite a large design, I will have to get my needles moving faster to get it finished by the end of the month...

Scarily I've joined a RR on Facebook and after sending my RR piece on it's way I then received the next RR all the way from Australia... Going to be very international as mine was sent to America. My square is below:

Not much and feeling a little disappointed with my effort, not really finding any time for casual stitching as all my time is being taken up by Uni stitching lol.

Yep more UFO progress I'm afraid, not much else to report as I am behind on quite a lot stitching wise. Beginning to learn not to take on too much at once.

Almost finished the last bear now, just have two colours left to fill in and then the outlining and beads. Then a couple of borders and the whole thing is finished! YAY!

I've made great progress this week on my teddy RR UFO, the last teddy will be finished in no time at all. Then I'll have some beads and a few borders to do before hey presto finitoe! lol

UFO Night...

I haven't posted in a while about my UFO progress because I started stitching a secret piece for christmas and so only those on A Crafty Natter and Stitch and Stashers have seen my progress. Anyway I have now finished that piece and have returned to my Teddy RR. Here is my progress, before and after:





I now need to find the other colours so I can finish it as I have finished the colours I had lol.

Ok ladies here is my progress on my new UFO. I have two bears to finish and I have made a start lol.

New UFO...

Having completed my Renni Mackintosh design I was left wondering what to start next from my box of UFOs.

I've decided to get out my Teddy RR which was completed on the Aion-needlecrafts board which unfortunately closed a little over 2 years ago I believe. It was a 4 person RR and I had 6 bears so I have 2 left to stitch and a couple of borders to fill in. They are quite easy to stitch so now it's a case of finding all the threads and cracking on.

This is what it has looked like since I received it back from the RR. I'm hoping the picture is a little clearer to you than it is to me lol.

Looney Tunes everywhere!

My RR has now been stitched on by all stitchers and has arrived back today! I absolutely love it! A great piece! I can't wait to stitch in the centre. I may even create some suqares to fit the corners with more characters. So many ideas!

Been so busy!

Oh my it's been over a week since I posted! I have ben so busy I just haven't had the time to come on and update. So here is a small update. I have been furiously stitching this week, managing to fit in lots and lots of stitching amongst everything else I have been doing.

• A Crafty Natter RR,
• ExchangeHeaven piece for Food and Drink,
• Scissorkeep exchange on A Crafty Natter,
• and not forgetting UFO Night.

Unfortunately I only have pictures for the RR I stitched on as I haven't been able to upload the UFO Night pics and the other pieces can't be shown untill the end of the month so you will all have to hold your breath lol.
