Busy stitching and a happy dance...

Started the gold outlines on my Teddy Wizard and hopefully he will be finished next week.

I have a happy dance to report! I finished my Victoria Sampler International Hearts - Italy. After only four days work it has turned out great and I have decided to Frame it with a heart shaped cutout and a gold frame. So here it is!

Italy Heart...

Well today I started by going to Lakeside to exchange a pair of jeans as they were far too long for me (i'm only short - 5"4) lol. And then I went to the gym. I decided to work on my Italy Heart as it is a small piece to work on and not too much detail to get confused with. Anyway here is my progress for today, day three.

Started my corset...

Well at Uni today I had my toile crit for my corset. The shape and fit were absolutely fine, but we had straightened all our panels as they were twisting awkwardly when we tried them curved on the stand. Anyway the tutors drew on the new panel shapes and we cut it up to take new patterns from.



I even got a little done on my Italy heart too. Day two's progress.

UFO Night...

Went to the gym yesterday morning and felt so much better afterwards. I got some great stitching done too.



Today I decided to go to Romford and got some fantastic Halloween fabric. Lime green and bright orange spiderweb print. I intend on making a cape for Joey for Halloween.

Here is my stitching from today. His robe is nearly finished and I finished another colour too.



After getting so much done on my teddy over the past few days I decided to put it down and stitch only on UFO Nights.

In the meantime I started my Victoria Sampler, international hearts kit of Italy. It is a Christmas present for my BF’s parents as his mum’s family is from Italy.
